This policy explains what data we collect when you book through Tanweel Tourism and how we use it.
This is a short preliminary version under legal review. The full text — including data-subject rights and retention periods under the Sultanate of Oman’s Personal Data Protection Law — will be published once it is approved.
What we collect

- Booking details: the service requested, dates, number of travellers, pickup and drop-off location, and any notes you add.
- Technical data about your device and browser, collected automatically to run and improve the site.
How we use it
- To fulfil and follow up your booking until the service is complete.
- To contact you about your booking.
- To answer your questions and complaints.
- To improve the site and our services.
Who we share it with
- The provider delivering your booking, to the extent needed to deliver the service.
- The online payment service provider when you pay through the site.
- Judicial or official authorities where there is a binding legal request.
Payment data
The site does not store your card details. Payment is processed by the payment service provider and is subject to its own policy.
Storage
Data is stored on secured servers and may be processed or stored outside the Sultanate of Oman by a hosting provider.
