Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your use of the Tanweel Tourism website and the bookings you make through it.
This is a short preliminary version under legal review and is not the final Terms and Conditions. The full text will be published once it is approved.
Tanweel's role
Tanweel Tourism is an intermediary platform that lists tourism services in the Sultanate of Oman and lets you book them. The service itself is delivered by the provider, and Tanweel handles listing, booking and follow-up.
The contractual relationship
When a booking is confirmed, a contract to deliver the service arises between you and the provider, with Tanweel facilitating and following up that booking.
Service coverage
The services listed on this site are available within the Sultanate of Oman.
Eligibility
Anyone making a booking must be 18 or older. Bookings for people under that age are made with the consent and under the responsibility of a guardian.
Accuracy of your details
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide when booking, such as your name, phone number, travel dates and pickup location, because delivery of the service depends on them.
Prices and payment
Price details are shown before you confirm a booking, and legally applicable taxes and fees are added. Online payments are processed through a payment service provider.
Clauses still being prepared
The cancellation, refund, liability-limit and complaints clauses are still being finalised. Until they are published, any cancellation, refund or complaint is handled by contacting us directly.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws in force in the Sultanate of Oman, and the judiciary of the Sultanate of Oman has jurisdiction over any dispute arising from their interpretation or performance.
Language
The Arabic text is the authoritative version. If it differs from this English translation, the Arabic text prevails.
